Before the event:

Yes! We have placed a hardly noticeable, built-in camera in the phone, which automatically records video messages after the ringtone. The camera is located in the cone below the handset holder.

The Memoring captures the recordings in full HD quality.

As many as they want, there is no limit!

When connected to a charger (cable included in the package), Memoring can be used indefinitely, so it's recommended to place it near a power source. Without continuous charging, the Bell model's battery lasts about 8 hours, while Memoring Pro devices last about 4 hours.

You can start the ordering process by clicking on the Book now button on our website. If we have an available device for the chosen date, you can finalize the reservation by paying an advance payment.

Once you have the event date, book the desired device as soon as possible to ensure you don't miss out on it! :)

You can pick up the package 2 business days before the event, which we will send to you via courier service.

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 14 days before the event, and we will refund the full amount paid so far. However, if you cancel within 14 days of the event, the amount paid cannot be refunded.

You can enter the delivery details in your Memoring profile. There’s no need to print a label – all you need to do is receive the package and hand it over to the courier we’ll send to you. 😊

On the day of the event:

We recommend placing it on a separate guestbook table, preferably away from the speakers, so that guests can leave messages without interruption.

The device is wireless, so it can be placed anywhere. However, we recommend keeping it connected to the charger during the event to ensure it remains operational for an unlimited time.

We usually recommend two options:
1. If you place the device on a higher table/counter/ledge (about 110 cm high), guests can leave a message while standing. If you place it on an average/lower table (max 80 cm high), it's better for guests to leave a message while sitting in front of it. We love both setups, the choice is up to you and depends on the venue's features. 🙂

All you need to do is press the power button, and the Memoring is ready to use. For safety, we also include a detailed User Guide in the package, so if you have any questions, you can find the answer in it. Read it carefully.
